Our beginning

Started in Johor with a practical question.

Can difficult exterior cleaning be planned with less direct exposure to work at height, without pretending one method fits every building?

Skybot Solution began business in Kluang on 31 August 2025. We focus on assessing where drone-assisted cleaning may be a practical option for glass facades, industrial rooftops and commercial solar installations. The SSM registration has been renewed through 4 September 2029.

We are an early-stage operator, so our approach is deliberately straightforward: understand the site, identify constraints, define the scope and only recommend a method that fits the property.

What we focus on

Exterior cleaning for hard-to-reach commercial surfaces.

Our current service focus covers three property needs commonly found across Johor and Malaysia.

01

Building facades

Site-assessed cleaning for external glass and selected facade surfaces where access, runoff and surrounding operations can be managed.

02

Industrial rooftops

Assessment-led cleaning for warehouse and factory roof areas affected by dirt, organic growth and weather exposure.

03

Commercial solar arrays

Cleaning scopes planned around panel layout, roof access, surface suitability, water supply and site operating conditions.

How we work

A quote starts with the site, not a price list.

  1. Share the essentials

Send photos, location, building height, surface type, approximate area and access notes.

  2. Review suitability

We check the likely cleaning method, water setup, nearby risks, access limits and operational constraints.

  3. Assess the site when needed

A physical visit may be needed before the scope can be confirmed for complex or higher-risk properties.

  4. Define the scope

The proposal should state the included areas, exclusions, site requirements and recommended next step.

Our working principles

Clear decisions before equipment arrives.

Fit before flight

Drone cleaning is considered only after the site and surface appear suitable for the method.

Specific scope

We aim to make the included area, preparation needs and exclusions clear before work begins.

Reduce direct exposure

Where suitable, the method can reduce the need to place cleaning personnel directly on difficult exterior surfaces.

Evidence over claims

Photos, site details and agreed reporting matter more than broad promises that cannot be verified.

Honest limitations

Not every property should be cleaned by drone.

Facade geometry, fragile materials, public access, nearby traffic, wind, runoff, obstructions and site rules can change what is workable. Some properties need rope access, mobile platforms, scaffolding, manual cleaning or a combination of methods. We assess the fit before recommending a scope.

Start with a quick review

Show us the building. We will help assess the next step.

Send clear site photos and basic property details for an initial suitability review and quote preparation.
